Short on time? Classic Sun Salutation, or Surya Namaskara in Sanskrit, is a great option for when you want to get moving in your body but don’t have enough time for a longer yoga practice. This video shows various options for poses throughout the sequence, so we recommend having a couple blocks (or large books!) nearby in case you’d like to use them.
