Yoga 101 Workshop
Learn the ins and outs of yoga in this safe, fun beginner workshop. A "workshop" is different from a class because it involves lecture and discussion in addition to yoga practice. With this made-for-beginner experience you'll cover the fundamental poses, breath and meditation techniques that form the foundation of yoga. Expect to leave the workshop with a basic understanding of poses and how a regular yoga class flows and funcions. You'll be prepared to have a worry free expeience in our Yoga Basics classes.
This workshop is designed for newbies but it also helpful for students who want to review the basics. The cost for this two-hour workshop is $30 and includes a one-week yoga pass which starts on your first visit after the workshop. This way, you can dive right into yoga that first week while everything is fresh.
