Each year UB adopts a family in need to provide household items, personal necessities, and gifts for the holidays. Donations are collected at both studio locations as well as our Candlelight Yoga and Meditation class on Dec 9.
Join us for an all levels class to benefit the holiday adopt-a-family project. We'll move through a series of postures at a slow and steady pace and practice a guided meditation to ground and connect during the holiday season. Entry is a gift purchased for a member of our adopted family, household items, or cash donation.

It is described as the place between sleep and wakefulness, a place where one appears to be sleeping but the unconscious mind is functioning at a much deeper level. This practice will leave you refreshed, allowing the mind and body (including even the immune system) prepared to handle the stress of daily life.
