Subtle Body Anatomy: Meridians and Meditation

with Jee Moon
September 21-25, 2015
Maplewood Studio

The Anatomy Intensive Program is designed for yoga teachers and teachers-in-training who are interested in going beyond the fundamentals of anatomy typically included in a 200-hour teacher training course and in deeply exploring yoga's effects on the physical and subtle bodies.

This 40-hour course provides in-depth, hands-on anatomy training, as well as the theory and practice of teaching yoga - including understanding energy, class sequencing, and adjusting/assisting. The practice of yin yoga is specifically referenced in the course as an illustration of the significant interplay of muscles, joints, and fascia and the deep effects of movement and stillness on the physical and subtle bodies.
