The Immersion Program

immersion-thumbIf you're ready to take your yoga practice to the next level, the Student Immersion may be the choice for you.  The Student Immersion will allow you to not only expand your physical practice, but also encourage you to take your yoga off the mat and more into your life.  You'll challenge your body as we break down and delve deeper into the yoga postures, and you'll challenge your mind with the study of yoga philosophy and meditation.

Maplewood Studio

Considering the Yin Yoga Training with Jee Moon at Urban Breath? The Yin Yoga and Anatomy Training Program is designed for yoga teachers and teachers-in-training and will offer instruction on building a solid, enjoyable yin yoga class through the study of human anatomy and energy.  A strong understanding of anatomy is the foundation of teaching yoga, and teaching yin yoga requires a specific comprehension of the interplay of muscles, joints, and fascia.  The program is divided into two course and 40-hour course provides in-depth, hands-on anatomy training, as well as the theory and practice of teaching yin yoga -- including understanding energy, class sequencing, and adjusting/assisting.
